Our standard processing time is typically 10-20 working days; however, we do offer expedited processing for an additional fee, which will be agreed upon before proceeding with your order.

Our discounts for large orders apply as follows:

Orders totalling £300 - £500 - 20% off

Orders totalling £500-£750 - 30% off

Orders totalling £750-£1250 - 35% off

Orders totalling £1250+ - 40% off

Please note that large orders are custom-made and non-refundable. We strongly advise ordering samples of colours before committing to ensure they meet your needs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Due to the handmade nature of our silk ribbons, some variations in colour and size may occur. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

All orders are sent via a tracked and signed-for method, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. We cannot be held liable for lost or delayed items caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details.

For presentation, all silk ribbons are provided on light-coloured wooden spools or dowels. If you have a preference for spools or dowels, please let us know when placing your order. Please note that the total order value must comprise silk ribbons only; other silk adornments such as bows or scrunchies are excluded from the discount offer.
