Delivery and Returns

We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch times. We aim to send out your order within TWO working days of the order being placed however, during busier periods this may be longer.

If you require your order more urgently, there may be the option for the order to be sent out sooner. Please email to discuss this with us prior to making your order.


We send all orders using Royal Mail. All orders under the value of £50 are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class service (delivery aimed for 2-3 working days)

All orders over the value of £50 are sent using a trackable service - Royal Mail 48 hour tracked for standard deliveries over £50.


There is the option to select express delivery at the checkout. When this option has been selected, your parcel will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class service, or if the value of your order is over £50 then it will be sent using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.


This option is not currently available via the checkout menu, however we may be able to send your order via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm if you add this product to your basket and select express delivery.

Please email us to discuss prior to making your order so we can confirm whether we can facilitate this.

Please kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for items which arrive late due to the wrong delivery method having been selected at the checkout, or due to delays of the courier service which are outside of our control. Please therefore take extra care when selecting the delivery method at the checkout.

Please also note that our 2 working day dispatch time will still apply despite selecting an upgraded delivery, unless otherwise agreed via email prior to your order being placed.


We are pleased to confirm that we now ship internationally. We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed postage. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your parcel to arrive. NOTE we DO NOT cover any customs or taxes on behalf of the buyer when sending goods internationally and it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these fees when receiving the goods. Please bare this in mind when making your purchase!


All our ready to ship items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for an alternative item(s) making up the same value if returned to us within 14 days of placing your order providing that they are returned in the same condition they were sent. We ask that ribbons are returned to us ravelled on their spools and crease free so we can resell them.

Please note that items made as a custom order cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please make note of the ‘perfectly imperfect’ nature of the ribbons and order a sample if you are looking to check the colour before purchasing a full spool.

To arrange your return please email providing your name, address, order number and the reason for your return (along with any photos). Once we have agreed to your refund/exchange, we will provide you with the returns address. Please note that unless the items are agreed by us to be faulty, we do not cover the cost of posting the items back.
